HOLY WEEK AND EASTER SERVICES – WYVIS CHARGE
Palm Sunday (25th March)
10.30am : Said Eucharist at St James’ Dingwall
As in the past two years, a special service of words and music to lead us into Holy Week will be held at St Anne’s Strathpeffer from 6pm on Palm Sunday. This has proved to be a very peaceful but moving introduction to the Holy Week story, so we hope it will again be well attended. We will be using biblical readings, non-biblical readings, choir anthems and congregational hymns to illuminate the Holy Week themes.
During Holy Week itself the following services will take place –
Monday 26th March
7pm: Compline at St James’ Dingwall.
Tuesday 27th March
7pm: Compline at St James’ Dingwall.
Wednesday 28th March
10.15am: Morning Prayer and Eucharist at St James’ Dingwall
7pm: Compline at St James’ Dingwall.
Thursday 29th March (Maundy Thursday)
7pm: Eucharist at St James’ Dingwall.
Friday 30th March (Good Friday)
10.30am: Service for Good Friday at St Anne’s Strathpeffer.
7pm: Contemplative Good Friday service at St James’ Dingwall.
On Easter Day (1st April) our Festival Eucharist will take place at St Anne’s Strathpeffer at 10.30am.
